Liquid Bulk Truck Unloading

This project involved the integration of four flowmeters to monitor the amount of product being unloaded from tanker trucks and received to storage tanks.

The transfer data was logged to the customer database for lot tracking and material balance tracking.

The storage tank levels are logged periodically to generate system alerts if they are falling below a threshold and avoid disruption to production in the plant.
